Earth Day is dedicated to raising awareness about taking care of this planet we live on. For a day (or maybe two), we pause to remember to take our reusable tote bag to the store or to remember to recycle that plastic bottle.

Every year, I hope that this will be the year we stick to a commitment to do better, to be better stewards of our environment. It’s up to each and every one of us to make that commitment. Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.

Unfortunately, for some of us, it may take a few freebies to get motivated. So here are some freebies you can feel good about this Earth Day:

Get a free roll of Reynold’s Wrap 100 percent recycled aluminum foil via mail-in-rebate. Note: The rebate form is only available on April 22, and only in limited quantities so be sure to download it as soon as you can on that day! You don’t have to buy the foil on 4/22 – just grab the form.

Get a free reusable tote from Earthbound Farms.

Before you head to Walgreens to get the deals, print the coupon to get a free reusable tote bag with purchase. You’ll also get 15 percent off your purchase (20 percent off Walgreens brand items).

Help bring back the bee population with some free sunflower seeds from the Great Sunflower Project.

Get a free 3 oz. sample of Nature’s Source All-Purpose Cleaner here. This offer is good to the first 10,000 people who sign up every Tuesday until May 4, so if you don’t get it this week, keep checking back.

Get a free sample of an Origins skincare product when you recycle any empty cosmetic tubes, bottles and jars – regardless of brand – at your nearest Origins retail store or department store counter.

Bring in three empty plastic bottles to The Disney Store and get a free gift.

And don’t forget the ultimate place to find freebies and help out the environment: Freecycle!
