Make Sharing Recipes Simple

I love having family and friends that are good cooks!

But getting recipes from everyone can be a big challenge.  I’m working on my family members to join SharecipeSharecipe is a free website that allows you to easily share your recipes with friends and family.

Think of it as a simplified Facebook for those who love to cook and are always looking for new recipes.  You can share recipes, request recipes, and connect with family all in one location.  Have a cooking question?  Post it at Sharecipe and a friend or relative can help you.

What I like about this site is that it’s not just another recipe site.  This is a site that links you with people you know.  So you know that if you love Aunt Judy’s cooking, you won’t be disappointed with a recipe she shares.  I really enjoy the sense of community.  These are real people sharing real recipes.

I must admit that since I was first introduced to Sharecipe, I haven’t had much time to add recipes.  But as I was watching several family members write down the recipe to a fabulous Buffalo Chicken Dip at a baby shower this weekend, I was reminded of how much easier it would have been to distribute this recipe using Sharecipe.
