I spent quite a bit of time exploring this site, and I see all sorts of potential for creating frugal special birthday party decorations, thank you gifts, wedding favors, and fund-raising promotions.
The site even has reviews of the projects so you can get an idea of whether a project is right for you.
Many of the projects are designed with Avery products in mind. You can often find great deals on Avery products at your favorite office discount store, or dig around in your craft stash and improvise.
