As I work on my weight-loss journey, I’m constantly searching for new ways to eat better.
Eat Better America is just one of the websites I use to help me do that. Eat Better America is a site created by General Mills to help encourage better food choices. The site is chock-full of healthy eating information, recipes, and fitness ideas. One of my favorite parts of the site are the printable coupons you can get on great brands like Cheerios, YoPlait and more.
I would also recommend following the Eat Better America Facebook page and following them on Twitter for more great tips on living a healthy lifestyle.
Eat Better America is currently holding a Grocery Sweepstakes. Each person who signs up for the free Eat Better America newsletter will be entered to win $1,500 to spend on healthy groceries. They are also giving 90 winners a $100 grocery gift card..
Sign up at Eat Better America and you’ll get some great healthy living information, access to high value coupons, a free digital magazine called “Healthy Home Cooking” and a downloadable “Healthify My Dinner Starter Kit.”
Eat Better America is also sponsoring a giveaway here at Northern Cheapskate.
You must be a resident of the US age 18 years or older. Please only one entry per household. Duplicate entries will be deleted. The names and e-mail addresses I gather will only be used to notify the winner on how to claim their prize.
I will randomly draw one winner and notify that person by e-mail once the contest is over. I will also announce the winner here. The winner will have 48 hours to claim the prize, or I will draw a new winner.

I find it ironic that GM is sponsoring an "Eat Better America" contest. I would argue that forgoing GM prepackaged, factory formulated "food" ,and focusing on locally produced, non-packaged food, might be a major step in eating better?
Is this contest working? I fill my info in, but theres no button to click to submit it.
@ Anonymous – the contest seems to be working. There is a submit button right under the part where you put in your info.
