Free Online Storytime at Barnes and Noble Can’t get away to the library storytime?  Hear favorite children’s stories read by authors and celebrities for free at Barnes & Noble.com.

This month’s featured story is the beloved children’s classic The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle.

Each month, Barnes & Noble.com shares a different story read by an author or celebrity during its free Online Storytime.  Your child will be able to listen to the story and see the illustrations from the books as the story is being read.

You can also access past online storytime selections.  My boys especially love “Smash Crash,” but I’m pretty partial to “Alexander and the Terrible Horrible No Good Very Bad Day.”

I Really Liked This Book As A Child….If I Could Have But One Book To Read Before I Die, This Book Would Be The Book I’d Want To Read, More Than Any Other Book, (And I Do Mean Any Other Book!) Before I Die….I Know, I Know, There’s So Much To Read And Look At (or Look At Or Read) Before We All Go From This Life, (So Much Before We All Go From This Material Life, I Guess……) But, This Is Still The Book I Want To Read, Before I Drop Dead….(Gosh, Dropping Dead Sounds Really Spooky, Doesn’t It Though?) This Is The Only Book I Really Want To Have Around, Before I Finally Drop Dead…..:) from Elise Renee Gingerich age 39 Lawrence Kansas Usa :) i really liked this book as a child…..

Well, Lawrence Kansas Never Really Had A Winter This Year, The Season Of Winter Never Really Got Going Here In Lawrence Kansas, And Although Having Green Grass And Flowering Trees (The Trees Are Flowering And The Grass Is Turning Green Much Earliar This Year, Because There Was No Snowfall!) Much Earliar Than Usual For This Time Of Year (Way Earliar Than What Usually Happens, I Guess!) I Guess That’s Nice To Have And All Of That, However, Having An Actual Winter Might Have Been Nice Too You Know! (No Complaints Though, I’m Just Saying, That I Would Not Have Minded Seeing A Little Bit More Of A Winter Here In Lawrence Kansas Is All, You Know!) from Elise age 39 soon to be 40 in less than 1 month or so from now….(Yes, I Will Soon Be 40 The Month After April, I Think….I’m Still 39 Now Though, So Please Don’t Rush It, Ok?! hee Hee!) Please Don’t Rush My Birthday, hee Hee! ;)
