The ABC show “WifeSwap” will be featuring a coupon-clipping stay-at-home-mom and a super social spendthrift family on Friday, Jan. 16. The coupon-clipping mom is a member of Refund Cents. In honor of the show, site founder Michelle Easter is offering free trial access this weekend.
Easter has published Refund Cents for more than 28 years, and has been featured in Women’s Day, Good Housekeeping, CNN, and Dateline. Her paid-subscription site is chock-full of the coupons, freebies, rebates, and deals to help you make the most of your money.
Regular prices for Refund Cents vary depending on the subscription; you can get a 3-month online subscription for $4 or get 14 print issues and online access for $30 for the year. Look around the site for free this weekend to see what you think.
I’m looking forward to the free trial since one of my friends swears by this site! I took a look via her access code awhile ago and found it interesting, but wasn’t convinced I couldn’t find the info online elsewhere for free. Now that my little boys are getting busier, I’ll be revisiting this site during the free trial to see if paying for the service is worth the time savings.
Regardless of whether you choose to do a paid subscription, you can access parts of the website, such as some of the grocery forums and the e-mail newsletter, at any time for FREE, so be sure to check it out.
