I was told this promotion expired. Has anyone else had trouble?
It shouldn’t be! The site says when you register between January 24 and Feb 28, 2013, you’ll get the credit. I’m not sure why you’re getting the message. It seems a bit early for them to pull the plug on it.
I didn’t get a confirmation that my credit was added, but a quick chat with customer service confirmed that it was.
Here’s where I contacted customer service:

I hope you are able to get the credit! Good luck!
Thanks for the info! I did chat with customer service before posting my comment. They were the ones who told me it was expired. I suppose it’s possible the representative was confused. They did honor it though, which made me a happy customer!
Thanks for the info, Christina! =)
Glad you were able to get it resolved! I think the confusion is that there was a different $5 credit out there for watching a Ford Fusion video… I was hearing so many mixed reports about the Fusion deal working, that I didn’t post that one… but the instant video credit was up on their website with dates that were vaild and it worked for me (with a little work), so I decided to post that one. The customer service rep was a bit confused when I chatted with her, too… but at least it was resolved and we got the credits!
where on their site did you find this because im on the phone with customer service now and they know nothing of this code………… i just registered the wii and they have no idea what im talking about lol
lol nvm they found it and it is still very much open here in march ! so anyone else feel free to call customer support thanks for the info!!!!
Yay! I’m glad you were able to get this deal, Missy! Sometimes persistence pays off!
