Receive a free $10 Rite Aid Gift Card by mail when you purchase any featured product in the Fall Must Haves for Mind, Body & Spirit promotion at Rite Aid between 8/24/ 10 and 9/24/10.

According to the September issue of Fitness magazine, products eligible for this rebate include:

  • John Frieda Root Awakening Smoothing lotion
  • Olay Total Effects Cooling Hydration
  • Secret Clinical Strength Sensitive Skin

This offer is good while supplies last or until 9/24/10, whichever comes first.  You can upload your receipt using the online form, or you can mail your original Rite Aid receipt to FITNESS Magazine, Attn: Ashley Sweeting, 125 Park Avenue, 20th Fl, New York, NY 10017.  Include your name, address and phone number.

Purchase must be made at Rite Aid. There is a limit of one rebate per household.

    There should be an address with this post. I saw it in Fitness magazine and already sent mine off. The post on the website above does not list the address…

    @ Christen – There is a link that you have to click on to get to the form. Then you can either upload your receipt or the address is listed below the form. When I looked at it again on my iPod touch, the link didn’t show up – so maybe the browser you were using doesn’t show it.

    @ Sandra – I personally won’t be doing this rebate because the nearest Rite Aid is 4 hours away from me! :-) But maybe Christen will share her experience with us!
