If you’re a serious couponer, than you’ve spent considerable time and effort in to making sure you’ve matched the right coupons up to the right products.
But what if the retailer fails to give you the proper discount?
According to a news story on WCCO-TV in Minneapolis, Target stores have been accused of not giving customers the full discount for coupons used at their stores.
While, this isn’t the first time there have been issues with Target and coupons, I’m betting that they’re not the only retailer who hasn’t been ringing up coupons properly.
The bottom line is this: Remember to check your receipts before you leave any store and if there is a problem, address it immediately with customer service. If you don’t like the response you get, keep going up the food chain until you’ve exhausted your options.
The only way companies can learn from this and consumer rights can be protected is if we get noisy.
