Join The Debt Movement and Pay Off Debt

By Justin Weinger 2 Comments

If you have resolved to make 2013 the year you get rid of debt, consider joining the Debt Movement.

The Debt Movement is a project started by personal finance blogger Jeff Rose of Good Financial Cents and ReadyForZero.  They’ve teamed up with some of the top personal finance bloggers on the web with a single mission: To help people pay off $10 million in debt over the next 90 days. From helpful advice on how to get rid of debt to scholarships to help pay off your debt, The Debt Movement will be sharing a lot of resources to help you with your financial goals.

Watch this short video from Jeff to learn more about The Debt Movement:

If you can’t see the video, click here.

We’ve been debt-free except for our mortgage since 2006.  It took a major shift in attitude, a dedication to saving whatever we could, and a strong commitment to avoid using credit, but we were able to do it.

And I’d like all of you to experience the same freedom.  When you are no longer a “slave to the lender,” you have many more opportunities.

I’ll be sharing more tips and inspiration for getting rid of debt in the upcoming weeks, but I wanted you to make sure you knew this resource was available now.
