A friend of mine shared this fabulous zucchini brownies recipe from Allrecipes.com, and it is a new favorite at our house.
Moist and rich brownies with sweet decadent chocolate. You won’t even know the zucchini is in there!
This is an easy zucchini recipe that makes 24 brownies. Don’t get freaked out by how dry the batter is – the zucchini adds all the moisture you need.
Enjoy using up that zucchini!
