My carb-loving family absolutely adores this recipe for cheddar biscuits. I love this recipe because not only are these biscuits a tasty accompaniment to pasta dishes, they’re super easy to make.
- 3 C. Bisquick
- 1 C. Milk
- 3/4 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 C. Butter or Margerine, Melted
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- Dill weed
Heat oven to 450° F. Mix Bisquick, milk, and shredded cheese together until a soft dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown. Mix melted butter and garlic powder together. Brush mixture over warm biscuits and sprinkle dill weed on top. Serve. Makes approximately one dozen biscuits.
