To everything there is a season…
And my season has ended here at Northern Cheapskate.
For nearly 9 years I have shared all kinds of tips on how to save money and live better for less. While I will always be a saver, I will no longer bear the title of Northern Cheapskate here on this website.
As of October 10, 2016, I have sold the website to a new owner, Justin Weinger. I’m not sure what his exact plans are for the site (that’s up to him to say), but he owns several other personal finance sites and he assures me he plans to continue sharing money-saving tips with all of you. I think you will all benefit from a fresh new approach to managing money.
You can also continue to read Jessica’s writing at her blog, Save Green Being Green.
My decision to sell Northern Cheapskate was not made lightly, but I feel I am ready to move on to other projects and opportunities. I’m ready to spend more time with my family and friends.
Thank you all for reading Northern Cheapskate and sharing your stories and tips with me. I have been so grateful to have each and every one of you along for this money-saving journey.
Enjoy the “new” site and remember that the little things you do to save money add up.
